Drive a car you can't afford

It's simple; go test drive some cars together.  Depending on who you are, and how acquainted you are with your date, walking through the process, learning about the cars, driving them, discussing what you like, don't like, talking with the salesman, seeing if you can talk his price down and getting into it can be fun.  And, you'll learn a bit for when you actually get ready to buy.  Or you can just test drive, mention that you like your Maserati much better and politely excuse yourself :)
