Definitions

"ICTOAD" includes the ICTOAD website or any of its supporting applications, interfaces and websites.

"Content" includes any text, ideas, stories, quotes or other non-identifying information, as well as images or other media that is posted to ICTOAD by you or someone using your account or login.

"Identifying Information" includes your name, address, phone number, email address, password and any other information of a personal nature that may initially or over time be entered into ICTOAD for the purpose of securing ICTOAD or contacting you.

Agreement

By using or accessing ICTOAD, you agree to the following:

Content and Information

Any Content, as defined above, entered into ICTOAD becomes the property of ICTOAD, LLC and may be used at the discretion of ICTOAD, LLC for display to other users, display on websites and/or applications, as well as in marketing materials or promotion of the website to other users, investors and advertisers.

ICTOAD, LLC must approve all Content prior to it being displayed in any website or application. Consequently, you agree not to upload any Content to ICTOAD of any of the following type or description:

  1. Proprietary information of any company or business that you do not have the right to distribute.
  2. Copyrighted information of any organization or individual where you do not hold the copyright.
  3. Images or other media that are not of a royalty-free or public domain nature.
  4. Unauthorized commercial communications, such as spam or advertising for the selling or promotion for selling a product, company or business.
  5. Unlawful multi-level marketing or solicitation for the purpose of signing up or registering for any promotion, business or other opportunity not related to ICTOAD.
  6. Information that is misleading, false, untrue or inaccurate.
  7. Promotion of one specific business entity over another business entity of the same or similar type where you stand to gain or profit from such promotion.
  8. Verbiage that attempts to solicit dates or encounters with specific persons or other users of the site, or attempts to use ICTOAD as a "dating" or "match-making" website.
  9. Verbiage that uses foul or offensive language or references.
  10. Verbiage that attempts to bully, intimidate or harass another user.
  11. Verbiage that is hateful, threatening or pornographic in nature.
  12. Information that incites violence or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence of any kind, or references to participation in or initiation of illegal activity.
  13. Contests, giveaways, sweepstakes or any type of promotion.
  14. Verbiage or media that is unlawful, misleading, malicious or discriminatory.
  15. Verbiage that infringes upon or violates someone else's rights, or includes personal information or identifying information of another person without the express permission of that person.
  16. Links to websites or other applications that violate any of the conditions listed above.
  17. Information about events, gatherings or locations where illegal activity takes place.

ICTOAD, LLC at its sole discretion reserves the right to delete or alter any material that is in violation of the guidelines above or that cannot be explicitly confirmed or validated using reasonable efforts.

ICTOAD, LLC at its sole discretion reserves the right to block or remove your access to ICTOAD due to a violation of the guidelines above.

ICTOAD, LLC is not liable or responsible for any Content you provide that ICTOAD, LLC is unable to explicitly determine to be in violation of the guidelines above.

Registration and Account Security

If you choose to register on ICTOAD by creating an account, you agree to the following stipulations:

  1. You will provide your real and accurate email address and other contact information.
  2. You will not provide any false personal information or register as someone other than yourself with the express permissions of that other person.
  3. You will not create more than one account for yourself.
  4. You will not share your password with anyone else or let anyone else access your account.
  5. You will not use ICTOAD if you have been convicted of any crime against property or against another person, including if you are a sex offender.

Use of Information

Information provided through ICTOAD is designed to assist individuals, couples and groups in developing ideas for activities by providing a forum type of environment. ICTOAD, LLC does not guarantee the validity or accuracy of information or ideas that appear on ICTOAD and does not promote or encourage the use of such information or ideas for any reason.

You agree not to hold ICTOAD, LLC liable or responsible for any actions you take or decisions you make as a result of any information or ideas obtained on ICTOAD.
